Abolish Abortion State by State
Indiana state code recognizes that human life begins at conception. Yet for far too long we have failed to protect that innocent human life.
For nearly half a century, we have allowed for the mass murder of thousands of our citizens. We’ve ignored it. Tolerated it. Put up with it and accepted it for so long now, that we no longer even recognize it for what it is: MURDER!
To allow a certain group of people to kill others is to rob an individual of his or her inalienable rights. The right to life is essential; without it, no other right can be enjoyed.
An awakening is starting to take place in the hearts of American citizens. We the people are calling for this to end now. We know we can no longer remain passive in regards to the mass genocide taking place all around us.
We don’t want less baby murder in our states, we want none. The futility of waiting on the Supreme Court to overturn Roe vs Wade has lulled us to sleep. We have told ourselves someone else will do what God has called you and me to do now. We can abolish abortion in our states.
States must do all that is necessary to see that every citizens right to life is protected.
Not only was Roe v. Wade an unjust court decision and not a law, but it was also an unconstitutional decision.
We must obey God over man and our Constitution over the Supreme Court.
We are committed to see life protected in the state of Indiana from conception to natural death.

You can introduce a bill in your state to abolish abortion and protect the rights and lives of the pre-born in your state. Here’s How:
Representative Hill of South Carolina as of 2021, recently with help from Hoosiers for Life introduced a bill in the South Carolina legislature, which if passed would out-law abortion in the state.
Currently there are 11 states that are using parts of Indiana’s bill “Protection at Conception” for their own bills in their respective states.
To replicate Protection at Conception in your own state. You first need a Representative who is willing to do the right thing by protecting the pre-born without compromise. If you already have a bold Patriot like this in office then you’re off to a great start! If not, you may have to work on finding one and then electing him or her in your next local state elections.
Hoosiers for Life can and will work with you to write the proper legislation in order to out-law baby-murder in your state.
Next you will need an Attorney General who will work with the state to pay all your litigation fees once your bill passes and goes to court.
